Rumour has it that the Lib Dem Cllr for Noel Park (remember him - he has only bothered turning up to the Council on a third of occasions) is not seeking reelection.
Not surprising really.
So in 2006 two Lib Dems got elected in Noel Park. One defected to Labour, the other could not be bothered. What a record.
